60 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

EMOM 6 KBS (70/55)

*This workout begins with 6 KBS.  The athlete then begins work on the 60 burpee box jumps.  Every minute on the minute the athlete stops and completes 6 KBS before moving back to the burpee box jumps.
