CrossFit Open WOD 13.2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)
10 Deadlift (115/75)
15 Box jumps (24/20″)

PLEASE WATCH THIS VIDEO on standards for Open WOD 13.2 if you can!!!  We will once again be running the classes competition-style with two heats in every class.  You will have the opportunity to both judge the workout and perform/crush the workout.
