If you participated in the CrossFit Open last year you may remember this workout.  Click HERE, then on your name to check how you did the first time around!

Although you won’t be officially judged during this workout, we should strive for virtuosity in movements every day!  Below is the video from last year’s Open reviewing standards.

Below is a video of elite CrossFitters Jason Khalipa (overall winner of 13.4 with 129 reps) and Miranda Oldroyd throwing down on 13.4.  The longer you watch the more human they become.  Remember, CrossFit doesn’t get easier.  As you develop you continue to learn to push yourself and go to “that place.”  If you don’t know what place I’m talking about, stick around.  Remember that words like “heavy” and “intensity” are relative- as long as you are pushing yourself and giving it your all it doesn’t matter the weight on the barbell.  Keep showing up, working hard, and bringing intensity- and you’ll surely find “that place.”   And once you find it, there’s no turning back- because that’s where the good stuff lies.
