The athlete will use one bar and strip weights after the shoulder to OH.

 

Starting today we will be doing weigh-in, measurements, pictures, etc. for the Kaizen Partner Paleo Challenge.  Goal sheets should be turned in by Friday.  I’m so stoked to see people’s goals and support everyone on their path to reaching them.  If you need a partner let me know by Wednesday.  I will pair those who need a partner and let you know by Thursday morning who your partner is.  This is an exciting time at CFHY, get ready to be better than yesterday.
