One of our members, Justin Scott, is doing a fundraiser to help support soldiers with PTSD.  The US Dept of Veteran’s Affairs says that 22 vets a day commit suicide, and the money he is raising will go to prevention programs.  Justin did a ruck along the Boston Marathon route this past weekend in which he carried about 40 lbs. in his ruck.  If you are able to make a donation please do so at Justin’s Donation Page.

Also- Justin is considering organizing a custom GORUCK Challenge on Cape Cod this summer and we would love to have a big group from CrossFit Hyannis participate.  Let Katie or Justin know if you are interested or have any questions, and check out www.goruck.com for more information.  It is a great way to challenge yourself physically and mentally, and a great way to build community.
