We will once again be hosting the 31 Heroes WOD Next Saturday, August 1st!  Like every WOD we do, this workout can be scaled so it is appropriate for you!  Grab a partner (they don’t have to do the same weights as you, and it’s OK if you can’t climb a rope!) and come throw down next Saturday!  If you would like to participate but don’t have a partner let Katie know!  If you would like to officially register with 31 Heroes (you receive a shirt and make a donation), visit the CrossFit Hyannis 31 Heroes Event Page.
