TODAY IS THE FOUR MONTH ANNIVERSARY OF CROSSFIT HYANNIS!  A huge thank you to everyone for getting us started on a great foot!  I can’t wait to see people’s continued progress.

We will be doing a 5K time trial this Sunday at 12:30 at the track at Barnstable High School for anyone who is interested.  Don’t be intimidated- this will be a great chance to figure out where you’re at on your 5K distance and have some fun.  If you can, I encourage you to come out and see where you’re at!  For those of you who have been doing the Endurance WODs- awesome!  If you’re on the fence, remember you can hop in at anytime and feel free to ask me if you have any questions!
