Strength

Goblet Squats

Set 1: 25 Reps with steady tempo

Set 2: 3x: 3 reps with a tempo of :05 down and :05 up into 5 fast reps (24 reps total)

Set 3: 10 top half reps, into 10 bottom half reps into 10 full reps (30 Total Reps total)

Set 4: 20 reps with :10 hold at bottom of every 5th rep

*Rest 2 Minutes between sets
