Every 2:00 do :15-:20 strides/pick up (this is essentially just a surge in pace in which you also focus on increasing your stride length as you accelerate)

100m Shuttle Sprint (cones 10m apart)

20 DB Shoulder to Overhead

100m Shuttle Sprint

40 Lateral Hops Over DB

100 Shoulder taps w/ :01 hold on each rep
