Speed Work

After 5-10 minute warm up/jog:

6 Sets

:30 Max effort sprint

Rest :90

Make sure you get a good warm up in so your body is ready to go full speed.  Don’t hold back on the sprints- hit it hard.


6 Rounds

100m Shuttle Run (cones 10m apart)

6 DB Thrusters


10 DB Front Rack Lunges

*Sub regular push ups or pike push ups for HSPU
