12 Minute Steady State Jog/Run

Every 2:00 do :15-:20 strides/pick up (this is essentially just a surge in pace in which you also focus on increasing your stride length as you accelerate)

WOD

4 Rounds

:30 Work/:30 Rest

- Jump Squats

- RKBS

- Toe Taps on Box 

-Single Arm Overhead Lunge (alt. Hands each round)

Accumulate:

3:00 Farmer’s Carry Hold

3:00 Wall Sit
