For Time:

20 Thrusters (95/65)

20 SDHP

20 Push Press

20 OH Squat

20 Front Squat

Begin the WOD with 4 burpees.  Complete 4 burpees every minute on the minute for the duration of the WOD.

Everyone’s been crushing it this week- keep up the good work! ┬áToday’s workout is a fun one and one of my favorites, get ready for a good time.
