It’s that time of year again- the CrossFit Games Open is upon us!  This year the Open runs from February 26th- March 30th, with a new workout being released each week.  Registration is open, and we’re excited to once again to have great participation at CrossFit Hyannis!  The CrossFit Open is a five week global competition in which CrossFitters from around the world compete in a different workout each week.  At CrossFit Hyannis we will do the workouts during classes each week, and it’s a great way to push yourself, have some fun, and be part of the global CrossFit community!  The CrossFit Open is for ALL CROSSFITTERS (there is both an RX and scaled division this year), and we encourage all of our members to sign up.  See a coach with any questions, and get registered at The CrossFit Games website!
