A big shout out to Rebekah who celebrated her one year anniversary at CrossFit Hyannis yesterday!  We are so incredibly proud of the progress she has made, and the commitment she has showing up every day ready to DO WORK.  It’s easy for us all to get lost in worrying about our 1 rep maxes or not PRing a workout but it’s important to remember the greatest reason we do CrossFit- to be healthier, happier, better versions of ourselves.  Keep up the great work Rebekah!

Rebekah’s reflection on her one year anniversary at CrossFit Hyannis:

“One year ago today with already sore legs and shaking arms I made the best decision of my life and attended my first Crossfit class. A year later I can honestly say this is place that makes me the absolute happiest, 5 days a week. When I started I was a size 18, I’m now a 12- but so much more than the number- I’m proud of the progress that I’ve physically made. Can’t wait to keep pushing myself this next year!
