CrossFit Hyannis is hosting a two-day competition, with both RX and scaled divisions, on September 21-22 that is open to all CrossFitters.  We are really excited about this event, and would love for all of our members to be involved in some way.  Whether you have competed or not, this is a great opportunity to try!  If you aren’t up for competing, we’d love any volunteers we can get and we’d also love for you to plan on coming out to Camp Wingate Kirkland to help support the event and cheer on the competitors.
