For those of you who would still like to do a WOD but cannot make the 5:30am class, I suggest running a 5K for time.  This is somewhat regularly posted on as the workout of the day (in fact it was this past Sunday).  It’s a great way to push your limits, while staying in a relatively moderate time domain.  Another option is to complete “Angie” without the pull ups (if you don’t have access to a pull up bar), although the pull ups are the “best” part of this workout.  Again, my apologies for not having classes tonight!

100 Sit Ups

100 Squats

In order to get prescribed you must go in order and complete all reps before moving on to the next movement.  One possible way to scale is to break the movements in to sets (i.e.- 10 Rounds of 10 of each movement).
