Part One:

EMOM for 5 minutes:

5 Front Squats (165/115), Max Double Unders

Score is total double unders completed.

Part Two:

Complete 7 rounds:

3 Deadlifts
3 Hang Cleans

*Do not let go of the bar during the round. Count a penalty if you come off the bar.
*Work up to the heaviest weight possible.  Score is max successful load lifted.
*Rest as needed between rounds.  There is no time component to this WOD.
*If you let go of the bar during the round count a penalty & immediately perform 5 burpees.
