Choose one of the running workouts below and get after it.

*A note on all of this, as always modify so the workout is appropriately challenging for you- and if you’re not sure reach out and ask.

Some guidelines: If the weight you have is “light”- feel free to add more reps (particularly for strength) and/or SLOW DOWN.  For example if you just have a light KB or DB for the strict press consider doing 12-15 reps and make the tempo :03 up, :03 down.  This is a good general rule- slowing down and adding tempo to lifting typically makes it harder.
