The workout is 30 clean and jerks for time (135/95).  Heats will begin at 10:00am and run throughout the morning; spectators are welcome and encouraged to come!  If you plan on participating in the WOD, please consider what weight you plan on using for the workout (if you’re not sure, talk to Katie today or tomorrow).  In addition to supporting breast cancer awareness, we will also be informally kicking off “Movember” in which men’s health issues are brought to our awareness.  We’re really looking forward to the day to come together, hang out, and throw down for a good cause!  Hope to see everyone there!
