One Bear Complex =

1 Power Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Push Press, 1 Back Squat, 1 Push Press

 

The athlete is responsible for changing their weight each round.  There is a ten burpee penalty for every time you come off the bar during the bear complex; it m ay be completed at any time before completion of WOD.
