The CrossFit Open!!!

The CrossFit Open is for ALL CROSSFITTERS!  It is the first stage of the CrossFit Games, and includes one workout each week for five weeks beginning on March 6th.  We will be doing these workouts at CrossFit Hyannis, and it is an opportunity to compete with CrossFitters from around the world and be part of the greater CrossFit community.  We will also be having some friendly competition with other CFHY members- and the chance for weekly prizes for those CFHY athletes who have officially registered for the Open.  The Open is not just for those with plans of making it to the Games- it’s for all of us.  You can register and find more information at The CrossFit Games site.  We currently only have seven members signed up for the Open, but I highly encourage EVERYONE from CrossFit Hyannis to sign up and register- you won’t regret it!  If you have any questions see Katie!

 

Bridget who clean and jerked 160lb, went on to win the Women’s RX Division at the Clash on the Cape!!!  Great job!!!
