Bear Complex

5-4-3-2-1

Bear Complex = 1 Power Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Push Press, 1 Back Squat, 1 Push Press

During a set/round you must maintain your grip on the bar at all times.  The bar may not rest on the ground at any point during your set/round.

Goal is to increase loads each set/round to complete “The Bear” for one rep at max load.  You will have 20 minutes to complete this portion of the workout.

WOD

5 Rounds

5 Handstand Pushups

20 Kettlebell Swings (70/55)
