Part One:

With a partner:

AMRAP 7

Bear Complex (135/95)

One person runs 200m OR rows 250m (athlete’s choice), while the other person does the bear complex.  When runner/rower comes in, switch.  Score is total bear complexes completed.

Part Two:

AMRAP 12

8 Push-Ups

10 Alternating Pistols

12 Alternating DB Snatches (50/30)
