As we begin a new month and the days are getting longer I can’t help but think of all of the fun things that are coming up at CrossFit Hyannis!  From the Open, to the Maltz Challenge, Memorial Day Murph, a spring BBQ at Camp Wingate Kirkland (May 11th- mark your calendars), the PURE JOY of daily WODs and everything in between- I can’t wait to have a great spring and summer with our CrossFit Hyannis family!  Get ready for some fun.

But this will actually be fun. Really.
