The “Bergeron Beep Test”

EMOM for as long as possible

7 Thrusters (75/55)
7 Pull Ups
7 Burpees

We are going to do this with an additional requirement- you MUST reach 12 minutes.   If you can’t get the 7′s in any one of the minutes reduce your reps (to 5′s or 3′s) to keep moving until you get through 12 minutes.
