-Odd minutes: Movement 1 (reps dependent on movement)

10 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10′)

25 Double Unders

We are having a normal schedule for the week (including the weekend)!  Come in amidst the Fourth of July fun!  We are also having yoga this Sunday at noon- free for CFHY members, $10 for non-members.
