OH MAN! It’s almost that time of the year- the CrossFit Open! Registration is open- RX, scaled, and masters divisions!

The Open runs from February 23- March 27th and all workouts will be done at CrossFit Hyannis during classes. It is a great chance to throw down every week, see what you’re capable of, and have some fun with our community! Get signed up and let’s do this!
