Skill

10 Minutes of Death by ___________ (insert skill you would like to work on here!)

How it works: You will choose one skill you would like to work on (i.e.- pull ups, handstand push ups, ring dips, muscle ups, etc.) and do one on minute one, two on minute two, etc. This will go for ten minutes.  If you do not make it to ten minutes, you will keep doing the same amount of reps you end at for the duration of the ten minutes (Example- if at minute five you cannot do more than four reps, you will complete four reps each minute for the duration of the ten minutes).
