3 Power Cleans on the minute for ten minutes.  Weight is approximately 80-90% of your 1RM.


20 Minute AMRAP

5 Thrusters (95/65)

7 Hang Cleans (95/65)

10 SDHP (95/65)

Information for the CFHY Kaizen Partner Paleo Challenge is up under the Events section.  It begins this Wednesday and weigh in, measurement, pictures, etc. may be done anytime this week before Friday.  Goal setting sheets are also due in Friday.  We will do the benchmark WODs during the week- Tuesday 1K row, Wednesday those who did not do Helen can do it then, Thursday 1RM Deadlift.  If you know you won’t be here one of those days we will make sure you get it in another day, no worries!  If you are doing the challenge sign up and pick up your information folder (including goal setting sheet and point tracking sheets).  If you would like to do it but don’t have a partner, no problem just let me know and we’ll make sure you have one!

If you aren’t sure if you should do it or not- do it.  Don’t make excuses, commit yourself to being better every day.  We’ll be with you every step of the way.
