Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Pushups

15 Squats



Some of our awesome members are doing the Warrior Dash in New Hampshire.  It’s not until September, but this would be a great/really fun thing to do as a gym and train for.  Is anyone interested in signing up?  Obviously it’s not mandatory… but I encourage you to think about signing up.  Registration is $60, but apparently these things sell out relatively quickly.  Check out the link and let me know what you think!  WARRIOR DASH

Of course we’ll be wearing our really awesome CrossFit Hyannis t-shirts (which should be getting here soon!).  I also hear there is beer at the end…
