Grand Opening WOD

We will run our full class schedule today, with an additional workout at 1:00.  We will also be at the gym from 5:30am-8:30pm to answer any questions you may have about CrossFit, membership, etc.  Stop by anytime during the day!

Class Schedule:

5:30am-6:30am

1:00-2:00pm (Grand Opening day only)

4:30-5:30pm

5:30-6:30pm

6:30-7:30pm

Nearly every day the Workout of the Day (WOD) will be the same for each member, only modified to fit the fitness level and needs of the person working out.  This means that whether you are an elite athlete or someone who has been living a sedentary lifestyle, you will be able to do the WOD and be pushed to new levels.  Since today is the first day, there are two slightly different workout options.

WOD:

Option 1 (New to CrossFit):

Baseline

500m Row

40 Squats

30 Situps

20 Pushups

10 Pullups

Option 2:

3 Rounds of Baseline
