Reminder:  Anyone interested in heading out to Canton to the Reebok CrossFit One CF for Hope event this Saturday to do the Hope WOD is more than welcome to (or you can come as a CFHY Super Fan)!  We will be leaving the gym at 7:30 Saturday morning.  Also, if anyone would like to donate to support the cause, all money is going to St. Jude’s!  You can donate on-line at https://hope.crossfit.com/sponsor?id=A3395, or bring money to the gym!  THANKS!
