*Dress for a run… if the weather is too cold we will sub the run for a 500m row



Only a few days left to sign up for the CrossFit Games Open.  (sign up before February 26th at 5:00PST).  The CrossFit Open is a great and fun way to compete and be part of the CrossFit community.  The first WOD should be posted Wednesday evening on the main site, and the plan is to do them at the gym.  Check out the Games website for tons of information and stories about people participating in the Open.  Even if you don’t think your Games-ready (yet) it’s still worthwhile to sign up and see where you rank.  I’m warning you now, next year I am going to “encourage” EVERYONE to sign up for the Open.  If you don’t already check out and you should!
