There is no time component to today’s WOD, our goal is to find your one rep max on the back squat, shoulder press, and deadlift.  Your one rep max is the most weight you can lift with good form for one repetition.  It’s always helpful to know what your one rep max is so you can gauge your progress, and so you can better assess what weights you should be using in a WOD.  Not to mention it’s fun to lift heavy things and see how strong you are.  The CrossFit Total is the main WOD of the day, but for those of you who would like a little met-con after there will be a chance to do so.
