50 Back Squats (135/95)

50 Press (95/45)

50 Deadlifts (165/115)

-You may go in any order but once you start a movement you must complete all reps of it.

– You will only have one bar.  It is your responsibility to change out weights- plan accordingly.

– The weights used for each movement should be relatively light compared to your 1 rep maxes (think around 50%)

-If you are doing the Paleo Challenge you will use the same weight and GO IN THE SAME ORDER when we retest at the end of the Challenge.

If only this elephant knew CrossFit was the answer.
