Hope for Kenya Update

The CrossFit Hyannis goal for Hope for Kenya is to raise $3500, enough to build a water cistern in rural Kenya.  We currently have raised $1140- thank you to all those who have donated thus far!!!  One of our members, the amazing Joe Murphy, has said he will donate $1000 if we get to $2500!!!!  Please consider making a donation- there is no amount to0 small (or too big).  Check out the Hope for Kenya website for more info and/or to make a donation, you can also make a donation at the gym.  “When Water Comes to You” is another great article about the Hope for Kenya project and it’s impact on empowering, liberating, and educating the women of the Kasemeni Division of eastern Kenya.  As Coach Glassman (Founder and CEO of CrossFit) says, “Every little girl is as important as every little boy. This is CrossFit making a stand for women’s rights.”  Thanks for everyone’s help and continued support!!!
