Epic Week and the End of the Paleo Challenge

15 Jumping alternating lunges
20 Double-unders
25 yard Shuttle sprint (5 x 5 yards)
Rest 90 seconds

A huge high five to all those who performed seven minutes of burpees for time on Friday or over the weekend, and congrats to those who took the plunge and decided to sign up for the Open.  We had some awesome numbers and people really pushing themselves hard- I love to see that!  Keep up the great work and get ready for another epic week of training at the gym.


Don’t forget that Wednesday, February 29th is the last day of the Paleo Challenge.

  • Your final points will be taken starting Thursday (Wednesday still counts towards the Challenge), and must be submitted no later than by the end of the day on Friday.
  • We will do your final measurements on Thursday (or Friday if you can’t get here Thursday).  We will retest our benchmark WODs this week (1RM back squat on Wednesday and Christine on Thursday).  If you cannot make it either of those days, please try to get in by the end of the week to get those WODs done so we can tally up the points for the Challenge.
  • If you are someone who missed turning in their food points and/or journal, please still get them in if you have them.
  • People have made some great progress, finish strong!
