Strength

2 Squat Cleans & 1 Jerk
 for 7 Sets

For each set perform 2 Squat Cleans and 1  Jerk.  As heavy as possible with good form.

Hand Release Push Ups

Continue increasing by 3 reps each round for the duration of the 12 minutes.
