We will be restesting all three of the Paleo Benchmark WODs this week.  Whether you did the challenge or not, it’s helpful to look back and compare your scores from a month ago to see how you’ve improved (check your personal log or SocialWOD).  How much faster can you go (while maintaining good form of course)?  For those in the Paleo Challenge please have your body measurements done and all of your food journal/points in by Wednesday.  Great job- finish strong!
