Paleo BBQ

Yes, we’re having a BBQ in February.

This Saturday we will be having a Paleo BBQ at the gym at noon- all are welcome!  Bring some meat to grill (Nate, the Grillmaster will be in charge of that) or one of your new favorite paleo treats, appetizers, desserts, etc.  Keep up the great work on the Paleo Challenge!
