Goat Work

EMOM 12:

Choose two movements that you would like to work on.

-Odd minutes: Movement 1 (reps dependent on movement)

-Even minutes: Movement 2


2 Rounds

During the first round athletes will have two minutes to perform max reps of each movement.  During the second round athletes will have one minute to perform max reps of each movement.  There is a three minute rest between rounds.

Wall Balls (20/14)

Toes to Bar

Power Cleans (135/95)

Burpees Over the Bar

Front Squats (135/95)
