I AM SO FIRED UP FOR 2013!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  We’re going to start the year off with a bang… consider January as “Gut Check Month.”  A month to recommit to excellence, find new and intense motivation, and NEVER settle or be complacent.  For those interested we will be having a one-month paleo challenge beginning on Monday, January 7th.  For all of our athletes we will be finding one rep maxes for your clean and jerk, snatch, back squat, deadlift, and press over the next month.  January’s WODs will test you both physically and mentally- but you will succeed, you will get better, and you will do things you never thought you could.

2013 is going to be a year of constantly, relentlessly pursuing excellence in all things.  A year of pushing yourself, pushing each other, and going beyond where you thought possible.  In this time of “New Year’s Resolutions” resolve to be a better you- to live your dream, share your passion, and get after it each and every day.  I can’t wait for each and every moment of this year, being part of your victories, and watching the CrossFit Hyannis community grow and thrive.
