As we begin Spring I can’t help but be excited about the training that is going to be happening at CrossFit Hyannis.  We have had a great last few months, and as people become more comfortable with CrossFit movements, workouts, and pushing your body the “CrossFit Way” I’m excited to see people’s continued progress and drive.  Get ready for a great Spring…. you’re going to work harder and have more fun than you thought possible.  I feel blessed that we have so many amazing athletes (yes, that’s you) training with us at CrossFit Hyannis.  With the warmer weather will come more tough WODs, more milestones, and perhaps most importantly more BBQs and fun.

A reminder to all that the Maltz Challenge is this Saturday, with heats beginning at 9:00am.  If you haven’t already signed up on the board please do so as soon as possible so I can get heats put together.  This is a Challenge meant to honor those who have been killed in action serving our country, and anyone who would like to do this should sign up.  Please don’t be intimidated by the amount of reps or the movements- as you know we can scale/modify for you!!!  This is going to be a truly inspiring event and a way that CrossFit Hyannis can honor those killed in action, especially Nick Xiarhos.  If you are on the fence about signing up, please consider it.  Either way, we hope to see as many people as possible here on Saturday to support the cause!  There will be a tough workout, great friends, and food- bring your friends!
