Five years ago we held our first class at CrossFit Hyannis.  Our goal is to be better every day and provide our members with the best coaching, training program, and overall fitness experience while helping them to become the best version of themselves physically, mentally, and beyond.  Thank you to each and every member, guest, and friend who has been with us on the journey thus far- the best is yet to come!
