If you are hanging around CrossFitters long enough, the workout “Fran” will inevitably come up.  It’s a love/hate thing.

 

DAY ONE OF PALEO CHALLENGE

We have around 20 people signed up for the Paleo Challenge, with many claiming that they are the sure winner- we’ll see in 30 days.  If you have not yet completed your measurements/benchmark WODs or paid your $10 please do so as soon as possible.  I’m excited that so many people have made the commitment to try something to improve their lives.  Making the change to paleo can be difficult at first, but there’s no better time to do it than with a group of people also making the change.  Over the next 30 days we will have the great opportunity to support each other in our journeys.  No matter who you are, it’s likely that you will have a slip up at some point- but rest assured that you have the support of CrossFit Hyannis with you and that it will all be worth it.  Feel free to share recipes, tips, and ideas on our Facebook page and/or bring in any delicious paleo-friendly treats you make to the gym…

Make sure you are writing down EVERYTHING you eat or drink in your food journal and keeping track of your points (see Paleo Challenge under the Events section for clarification).  There are point tracking sheets at the gym to help you keep track of your points as well.  GOOD LUCK!
