Goat Work
EMOM 12:

Choose two movements that you would like to work on.

-Odd minutes: Movement 1

-Even minutes: Movement 2

*Reps dependent on movement
*Goal is quality not quantity

WOD

Every 2:00 for 24 minutes:

A- 25/18 Cal BIke

B- 10 Burpees + 20 Air Squats + 10 Burpees

C- 15/12 Cal Row + 5 Clean and Jerks @ 60-70%

(So from 0:00-2:00 to do A, from 2:00-4:00 you do B, from 4:00-6:00 you do C, etc.)
