Getting Started at CrossFit Hyannis

We have all new or potential members go through our CrossFit Fundamentals Program.  In this program we show you around the gym, answer any questions that you have, and go through the basic movements that we do in CrossFit.  It’s a great way to see what we’re all about and check out the gym.

CrossFit Fundamentals Program

Ready to change your life and become a part of the CrossFit community?  The CrossFit Fundamentals program is designed to help you to begin to learn and complete many of CrossFit’s fundamental elements safely and get you into our regularly scheduled classes as quickly as possible.

Our Fundamentals Program consists of 1-3 sessions.   Each session introduces you to new CrossFit movements and incorporates elements of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, and Olympic weight lifting.

The sessions are scheduled on Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturday at 9:00am (or by appointment if necessary).  Please e-mail bridget@crossfithyannis.com to set up a session.

The CrossFit Hyannis Fundamentals Program is $50.00 and is good towards your first month’s membership dues
