Classes

Due to the current Covid-19 situation the number of people we can have in each class is limited and you must pre-register in advance.

Monday-Friday:

Our “New Normal”

-We are currently open with the option of being outdoors or indoors as per the state’s regulations with limited number of people in each class.

-You must wear a mask unless you are in your workout box, this includes when you enter the gym and are in the main entryway.

-All members need to sign up in advance on Wodify. You can sign up up to one week in advance, the classes are capped so once they are full you will only be able to sign up for the waitlist.  Drop ins may register for classes here: Wodify Drop In Sales Portal

-Please do your best to come to classes you sign up for out of respect for members who are trying got get into the classes and if you need to cancel please do so as soon as you can to give someone else an opportunity to sign up.

-We will be using the side parking lot- please park in the front spaces only.

-Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early or stay after class inside the gym to avoid overlap of classes. This includes “hanging out” in the parking lot- as we will only be using the front parking lot for parking for now.

-We will avoid sharing equipment and members must wipe down all equipment after using it with the provided cleaning supplies (each workout space will have supplies provided).  In addition staff will be regularly cleaning/disinfecting between classes.

-Hand sanitizer is available and should be used by members to ensure safety.

-If you have cold or allergy symptoms, are coughing or not feeling well please do not come to class. If you have been exposed to CoVid 19 or are from a state in which there is a mandated travel restriction please quarantine at home for 14 days and do not come to the gym.

-Anyone with a pending Covid test whether it’s themselves or any of their “co-quarantine” contacts (those you live with or are in close contact with) needs to refrain from attending any on site gym classes/open gym until resulted.  The CDC is also advising that even if tests are negative, if exposure was significant or Covid symptoms are present a 14 day quarantine is still  advised.
