Back Squat

We are beginning the second microcycle of squatting.  Look back at what you did on February 23 for your 6×6 @ 70%:

  • If you failed reps, don’t add weight
  • If you completed each round but it was tough, add 5lb
  • If you found it easy to complete sets, add 10lb

WOD

5 Rounds

1 Clean (185/125)

2 Front Squats (185/125)

8 Lateral Barbell Burpees
