Part One

“Goat Slayer”

You will choose two movements that you would like to work on.  Your coach will help you determine reps/scaling for the movements if you need assistance.  The goal is to get good quality reps of the movements you are working on.  Ideas: double unders, pull ups, toes to bar, hspu, box jumps, etc.

Odd Minutes: Movement 1

Even Minutes: Movement 2

25 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10′)
